All orders are processed within one business day after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For simplicity, we offer free shipping to all addresses within the USA (48 Contiguous States) using USPS Priority Mail Service. Estimated delivery times range from 2-5 business days, depending on your location relative to our warehouse: 7669 Newton St, Westminster CO 80030, US
Heads up before placing your order:
- We do not ship to Alaska & Hawaii.
- We currently do not accept international orders, any order requires international shipping will be cancelled.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
3. Order Cutoff & Handling
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST (Mon – Fri) will be processed the same day and prepared for shipping the next business day. For stocked books, our handling time usually is within 1 business day.
Processing Time: All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed within 1 – 2 working days upon confirmation of payment from our US warehouse.
4. How to Track Your Order
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number via email, which can be used to check the current status of their shipment on the USPS website. You may also use our Order Tracking page if you created account with us when you placed your order.
